           For decades I’ve struggled with trying to keep my poetry, especially my Senryu, neutral and objective to most any reader. At the very least I strived to keep my subjectively opinionated senryu poetry, apart from my objectively neutral haiku and tanka poetry. Yet, as the Empire I was born and raised in continues to undeniably, morally decay day by day, month after month, year after year, and decade upon decade; I can stay silent no longer. This morally corrupt and oppressive trend in our local communities, state judiciaries, and federal legislators and executive branches can no longer be objectively characterized as anomalies of governance, justice, rules of law, or unbiased supremely judicial judgements.

 I’ve been forced by my fellow americans, from the lowest of the low to the highest of those currently and formerly empowered to lead our decaying empire, to speak out against their morally corrupt ideology, philosophy, their oppressive, racist, sexist, and xenophobic laws and regulations, and their actions; but most significantly, their fearful inactions.

 I vehemently believe we are mimicking hitler and his third reich into mein trumpf’s fourth reich of incompetence, xenophobia, and self-destructive ignorance and stupidity. Therefore, I must go on record and speak out against it all, no matter the cost, so that I may have a clear conscious and some sense of moral contentedness in the coming months and years, as america implodes.
